Consulting for People and Planet

Humanitarian Capital is a transdisciplinary consulting firm dedicated to shaping humanitarian and development action that is fit for the future. Since our founding in 2012, we have partnered with humanitarian agencies, NGOs, governments, corporations, and communities to design strategies, programmes, and solutions that respond to the world’s most complex challenges.

Our work has spanned strategic planning, risk communication, and community engagement — helping organisations transform, mobilise resources, and deliver impact where it matters most. From advising regional organization on sustainable urbanisation to supporting NGOs’ strategic plan, and from designing development master plans to guiding donor portfolios, we have consistently bridged humanitarian imperatives with development and climate priorities.
